Community Service
The staff at Alan Kessler’s Karate Center believe in the importance of having our school affect the community in a positive way. All our black belt candidates are required to not only know the katas and kumites of Uechi Ryu and its history but also complete a Community Impact Project.

In 2002, President George W. Bush officially recognized the karate school for completing over 300 hours of community service to Billerica during March of 2002.

- Founding Member and supporter of the anti-bullying non-profit, Kids Respecting Kids
Stranger/Danger classes
are offered to our students and free to the community. We invite youth leaders to contact us so we can arrange a Stranger/Danger class at a time convenient for your organization.
